We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team and oversee the manufacturing of our cutting-edge cooling and freezing systems. Responsibilities
- Main
function includes running metal fabrication shop and managing the
interactions between Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing.
- The
successful candidate will plan, organize, lead and control the flow of
work through the company departments in a timely manner while ensuring
Quality and On-Time Delivery.
- Manage the
shop workflow, set priorities, and ensure on-time performance
- Review and
Approve Fabrication Drawings
- Participate
in the Make Vs Buy decisions
- Communicate
with Subcontractors, Outside Fabricators
- Maintain
proper Raw Material level to support production
- Place PO
with Subcontractors
- Run Weekly
and Daily schedules
- Provide
on-the-job assistance to technicians
- Review and
check assemblies for accuracy and excellence in workmanship
- Accomplish
and Maintain High Production Standards
- Ensure that
Technicians follow procedures and processes
- Administer
Safety Policies and Procedures
