TEKsystems Financial Business Analyst in Memphis, Tennessee

Description:

Due to a recent transformational inititives this client is in need of a Financial Business Analyst to join their team in the Finacnial Planning & Analysis organization. This person will work with the team to connect business activities to financials and then leverage that understanding to build the appropriate financial models and tools that will help guide business decision making. The goal of this team is to standardize financial business decision tools and processes across the enterprise as much as possible, with the ultimate goal of refining FP&A operations and increasing overall business efficiency. The successful candidate will possess strong business acumen, paired with a background in accounting/finance.

Required skills/experience:

  1. A background in finance/accounting, with specific experience working in an enterprise level finance/accounting organization.

  2. The ability to translate business operations to effective financial models, processes, and tools.

  3. Strong communication and business acumen skills.

  4. Experience working common Microsoft office andfinancial/accounting tools.
