OMJ|CC Assembly Worker-OMJ|CC in Mentor, Ohio
Ohio Means Jobs Cleveland Cuyahoga County is sourcing for an east side manufacturing plant. Days: Monday-Friday 40-45 hrs. Shift: 6am-230pm Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening. Job Duties:
- Review and retrieve required inventory parts on schematics, drawings or work instructions
- Perform simple to complex assembly operations
- Test and inspect products to ensure specifications are met
- Report any deficiency to the Department Lead
- Follow department processes to ensure ISO compliance
- Possess some electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to use small hand tools including but not limited to cutters, strippers, crimpers and screwdrivers
- ability to use basic judgment in quality analysis and communicate with Department Lead any discrepancies
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve workplace environment and safety conditions
- maintain clean, neat, sage and orderly work area
- attend work regularly and promptly
- adhere to all company policies and safety regulations
- attend and participate in a required trainings and departmental meeting
- other essential duties as assigned.
