Robert Half NOC Technician in Mentor, Ohio

Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team based in MENTOR, Ohio. This role revolves around offering technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling queries and issues, ensuring all customers receive efficient and satisfactory support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an understanding of our network infrastructure policies, procedures, and models.

• Receive and respond to support calls, resolving issues remotely or on-site, and escalate to senior support staff as needed.

• Provide remote updates and patches for client servers, Microsoft products, backup and antivirus systems, and client management systems.

• Assist with the design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of client network/systems.

• Contribute to the development of internal monitoring and client network/system deployment policies and procedures.

• Support senior staff with in-house and client projects as necessary.

• Utilize skills in LAN - Local Area Network, WAN - Wide Area Network, Windows OS, and Active Directory. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar

• Proficient knowledge of LAN (Local Area Network) and WAN (Wide Area Network)

• Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems is necessary

• Experience with Active Directory is required

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with users

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferable Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
