Job Description:
- Apply strong Thai cooking skills to prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes.
- Plan, design and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers.
- Responsible for the quality of food by ensuring that the dishes are authentically delicious
- Prepare Thai specialty sauces as main sauce for stirred fry dishes.
- Supervise and train less skilled cooks in the Thai culinary arts
- Create new menu for monthly special promotion.
- Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
- Checks the quantity and quality of received products
- Checks stock levels and ordering supplies
- Determines production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services
- Follows standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices
- Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
Wage : \$33,000-\$38,000/year
Requirement: 2-3 years of Thai cooking experience
