This position is for a Millwright Maintenance Technician with a company in Meridian, MS.
Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Successful candidate will be responsible for performing duties such as routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment and machinery in a fast-paced environment.
Resposibilities: Perform preventative maintenance task , such as lubricating machinery, replacing filters, and inspecting equipment. Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems. Install new equipment including wiring and plumbing. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future failures. Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards.
Requirments: 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance. Understanding of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and testing equipment. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Physical ability to lift (+/-) 80lbs when needed. High school diploma or equivalent.
Conditions: Fast paced environment with exposure to noise, dust and chemicals.
