Ecore International Machine Operator, 1st Shift - 1350 in Mexia, Texas
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Location: 1428 County Road 930, Mexia, TX 76667
1st Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm, with occasional overtime
Machine Operator Salary Range: Starting at $18.00/hr. and up, based on experience
Machine Operator Core Contributions: Safety and Team Coordination: * Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members * Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed * Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches
Machine Operations: * Set up machine at the beginning of each shift * Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures * Take manual measurements to ensure high quality
Training and Cross-Training: * Participate in regular training sessions * Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities
Machine Operator Essential Experiences: * High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience * Willingness to learn and operate a variety of machines * Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you're assigned * Must be able to safely drive a forklift * Flexibility to work overtime as needed
