Job Description
Senior Product Engineer
Primary Responsibilities:
You will work on new product introductions and product sustaining support.
The key NPI Product Engineering interface between Design centers and factory centers.
Key responsibilities include but not limit to:
Part of the development team supporting a diverse range of analog and wireless products in multiple Product Lines.
Provide direct support to product issues raised by the factory’s product and test engineers.
Own production readiness and support the ramps through strong data analysis.
Develop production test specifications for probe and final test insertions.
Drive cost reduction activities such as second sources qualification, yield enhancement, test time reduction, etc.
Perform statistical data and test limit analysis from final test (automated test equipment) and wafer probe.
Support prototype ATE assembly instruction and ATE testing.
Create and manage product documentation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Strong fundamentals in RF & Mixed Signal parameters.
Strong data analysis skills, electronics manufacturing knowledge, and the ability to debug production and development issues, such as ATE and Bench.
Preferred skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Use of data application tools such as JMP, Exensio
Experience with technical and detailed documentation
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong organizational capabilities
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional and cross-site teams, foster teamwork
