Stanley Black and Decker Key Account Manager Autoservicios y Departamentales in Mexico City, Mexico
Roles and Responsibilities:
The key account manager is responsible for handling the most important accounts within Stanley Black & Decker. The KAM must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client and is the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client, and help the client succeed. Will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.
Main Responsibilities
Developing a solid relationship between major key customers
Solving key client issues and complaints
Developing a understanding of key account needs
Anticipating key account changes and improvements
Managing communications between key clients and internal teams: Marketing, RGM, Finance, C&C (OTC), Sales, Plannin (IBP), etc.
Strategic planning to improve client results
Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members & stakeholders
Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
Experience required:
5 years Sales Experience Preferentially in Mass Merchant or Home Center
The KAM should have extensive experience in Sales Administration, CATMAN, KAP-JBP, P&L and IBP.
