A day in the life of...
• Will be responsible for actioning, creating and distribution of Nestle Campaign ID (NCID) requests from clients
• Will check the validity of NCID requests against business rules
• Will be responsible for communicating directly with clients
• Will be responsible of keeping up to date with Naming Conventions
• Will be responsible for updating technical process documentation as required and in collaboration with Comms Specialist
What will make you successful
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Basic proficiency of MS 365 suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, PPT)
Has the aptitude to pick up technology easily
Preferably has data management knowledge and experience (1-2 years experience if possible)
Excellent analytical skills
Detailed oriented with documentation
