Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer in Miami, Florida. This role is primarily involved in Trust Litigation and requires the ability to handle all aspects of a case from start to finish. This includes drafting documents, communicating with clients, and managing case progression.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of Trust Litigation cases from inception to completion
• Draft legal documents, contracts, letters, motions, and pleadings as required
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and information on case progression
• Use knowledge of Estate Law and Corporate Trust to provide legal advice and guidance
• Utilize e-File system for documentation and case management
• Draft correspondence relating to case matters
• Contribute to the team by bringing strong skills in documentation and drafting documents. Requirements
• Possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Hold a valid license to practice law in the respective state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably as an attorney or lawyer
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, motions, pleadings, and letters
• Proficient in electronic filing (e-File) systems
• Solid understanding and experience in Trust Litigation and Estate Law
• Proven ability to handle documentation processes efficiently
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to draft correspondence professionally and concisely
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle complex legal issues
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Proficient in using legal research tools and software
