Overview

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the coordination of all activities required to effectively maintain the accuracy of JDE theoretical inventory, slot locations, quantities, and license plate management.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of product and slot locations. (15%)

  • Perform purchase order reconciliations and effectively communicate variances with the Accounting team. (15%)

  • Conduct weekly inventory of distressed product and communicate variances with the Customer Service team. (5%)

  • Perform cycle counts as required. (50%)

  • Perform IA's as necessary. (15%)

  • Perform other related and assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:

Licensed fork lift operator with a minimum of 1 year of safe operation of material handling equipment. Able to perform accurate visual inspections. Possess reading and basic math skills. Physically capable of standing, walking and twisting while carrying up to50 pound objects. HS Diploma or equivalent required. 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.

  • Inventory Control concepts and procedures

  • Credit processing concepts and procedures
