Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a skilled Family Law Attorney to join our team in Miami, Florida. As part of our legal team, you'll handle various aspects of family law, including cases involving divorce, child custody, and child support. You'll be expected to work remotely, manage cases from start to finish, and prepare a wide range of legal documents.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of family law cases from inception through resolution

• Interview clients to gather information and understand their legal needs

• Draft legal documents related to family law cases such as parental forms, financial statements, and divorce papers

• Utilize case management software to organize and update case files

• Draft motions, letters, agreements, and other correspondence related to cases

• Execute e-filing of legal documents as per the legal requirements

• Attend prehearing sessions and represent clients as needed

• Work closely with clients and other legal professionals to prepare for hearings or trials

• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date

• Use skills in Family Law, Documentation, and Financing Statements to effectively manage and win cases. Requirements

• Must be barred in Florida and in good standing

• Demonstrated ability in Documentation

• Expertise in Family Law is necessary

• Ability to Draft Legal Documents

• Experience in Drafting Motions

• Skills in Drafting Letters

• Proficiency in Drafting Documents

• Expertise in Drafting Correspondence

• Experience in Drafting Agreements

• Knowledge of e-File and e-Filing systems

• Experience in Prehearing procedures

• Familiarity with Financing Statements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as an Attorney/Lawyer is required
