Job Summary

This position will provide impactful technical and operational support to achieve an efficient and scalable Global Treasury department. This position will support developing best-in-class processes and controls. This candidate will be highly adaptable, capable of collaborating with multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment and possess a high level of technology skills with experience in implementing a Treasury workstation or alternative automation solutions. This position will support these objectives with responsibilities handling Treasury’s day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily departmental activities such as execution and recordkeeping for all Treasury electronic fund transfers, both domestically and internationally, ensuring proper support for approval prerequisite to release of payments.

  • Provide analytical support to the Treasurer and Director of Treasury and perform ad hoc requests as directed.

  • Assist in preparing reports for executive leadership, highlighting treasury activities, KPIs and providing strategic ideas to improve Treasury operationally including improvements to treasury processes, banking structures, and financial transactions enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

  • Assist with risk management by identifying/recommending strategies to minimize foreign currency and interest rate exposures.

  • Assist with short- and long-term intercompany settlements and transactions.

  • Provide information in connection with the external and internal audits.

  • Monitor, and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide insights, ensure compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, CTP designation preferred.

  • Five to eight years of relevant Treasury experience in a multinational environment.

  • Experience using online bank systems for information retrieval and transaction processing.

  • Knowledge of services and products available from banks for corporate clients

  • Must be able to diagnose and solve process issues and evaluate impact on business with strong ability to provide alternative solutions.

  • High-level organizational skills, with impeccable attention to detail.

  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.

  • Must have advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

  • Experience with JDE3/Oracle is a plus.
