Seeking CRM Project Manager for a high growth aerospace structures manufacturer in the Baltimore, MD area.
The CRM Project Manager would be responsible for leading the development of a proposal as well as implementation of a new CRM system. Must be comfortable working with internal/external stakeholders to lead the project and be responsible for deliverables and tasks to completion. Experience with CRM systems is required and Call Centers is desired.

responsibilities:
Translate the Contact Center Manager's projects and priorities into specific tasks anddeliverables to ensure efficient project completion.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with both external and internal customers toanalyze information needs and functional requirements.
Clarify customer requirements and communicate them to internal stakeholders in anactionable manner.
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring continuousstakeholder collaboration.
Pro-actively work with stakeholders to elicit program requirements, advocating for theoptimal use of technology to develop solutions that improve current practices andoutcomes.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts,decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-levelinformation to a general understanding.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical visionand analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
Review project risk and risk mitigation activities, ensuring that potential issues areidentified and addressed proactively.
Provide technical and analytical guidance for Customer Relationship Management(CRM) systems and processes.
