WTW Sales Operations Reporting Lead in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our sales operations. This includes managing our CRM system, generating monthly sales reports, and compiling quarterly business review presentations. You'll also play a crucial role in analyzing new business revenue, reconciling sales incentives, and coordinating client satisfaction efforts. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will support our team in achieving our objectives efficiently and effectively.

Collaborate with the sales operations team to update and maintain CRM records, ensuring accuracy and completeness

The role:

  • Add new accounts and colleagues to the CRM system, facilitating effective onboarding and task tracking

  • Generate monthly sales and finance data reports

  • Quarterly slide deck compliation related to new and quarterly business review

  • New businesss revenue commentary and analysis for month-end

  • Finance reconciliation of production-related sales incentives

  • Generate ad hoc reports and compile information packets for account planning exercises

  • Coordinate client satisfaction surveys and independent client review interviews

  • Conduct research to enhance data quality and update CRM accordingly

  • Maintain TCT intranet site, ensuring accessibility and relevance

  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the team's objectives

The requirements:

  • Strong analytical background with the ability to produce data analysis and insights.

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations or a similar role.

  • Degree in Business, Sales Operations, or related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas), PowerBI, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with CRM systems (particularly Microsoft Dynamics) advantageous.

  • Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Familiarity with sales strategy, account development, and management.
