ManpowerGroup SMT Quality Inspector in Milpitas, California
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the electronics industry, is seeking an SMT Quality Inspection Specialist to join their team. As an SMT Quality Inspection Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
Job Title: SMTQC Inspector
Location: Milpitas, CA
Pay Range: $24.00-$25.00/hr
What’s the Job?
Ensure compliance with Manufacturing Process Instructions and product documentation
Conduct FA inspection processes
Perform scanning into the DGS system
Verify feeders, component ID, polarity, solder joints, missing parts, and part values using digital meters
Utilize micrometers (DMM), microscopes, and optical test equipment for inspection
What’s Needed?
3-5 years of experience in SMT Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and Electro-Mechanical components)
Experience in feeder verification, component ID, verification of polarity, solder joint inspection, missing parts, part value verification using digital meter, etc.
AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) experience is a plus
Proficiency in using micrometers (DMM), microscopes, and optical test equipment
Knowledge of IPC-610 criteria
