Position Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Project Management is a key component to growth and success of the organization. It is the responsibility of the Project Manager to plan and execute service pickups across the country while effectively communicating with appropriate contacts within Diamond Assets client base. This position will directly report to the VP Of Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordination of client projects and services, ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. This will include client communications, communication with our partner service providers, internal communication, and creation all necessary paperwork for successful completion of projects.

  • Coordinate and schedule projects with regards to efficiencies and cost reductions, including labor involvement, hotels, air travel, etc.

  • Maintains weekly and monthly reporting on projects.

  • Work toward issue resolution independently or with a team

  • Update and manage applicable systems, including CRM and ERP systems, in coordination with project management activities.

  • Develop ongoing training materials for department staff, such as work instructions and project management tools.

  • Effective communication with shipping & receiving and business development personnel

  • All other duties as assigned
