MCW: SARGEANT HEALTH CENTER Administrative Assistant Sr in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: As an Administrative Assistant Sr in Kern National Network you will perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures for a high-volume national program office, under general direction. Primary Functions Anticipate and initiate action regarding administrative functions while coordinating and leading projects. Compose correspondence as needed, which may contain confidential information. Use complex functions of a variety of computer applications and software packages to develop forms and templates. Proofread and format documents to ensure accuracy. Screen telephone calls and visitors to resolve and route inquiries. Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries and related arrangements. Schedule space and handle arrangements, including hospitality and technology setups for in-person meetings. Compile data and information from multiple sources to prepare reports. Process payment requests, requisitions, and invoices and track using departmental systems. Distribute mail and organize electronic filing systems accurately maintaining records. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management. Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills. Takes a relational approach to supporting internal workflows and interacting with external partners. #LI-SN1 Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm Position Requirements: Minimum Required Education: High school diploma Minimum Required Experience: 5 years of experience Why MCW?
