Exciting Opportunity: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support our healthcare provider’s refresh project in the Milwaukee area. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to enhance healthcare services by ensuring seamless IT operations across hospitals and clinics.
What You’ll Do:
Work independently, demonstrating your excellent customer service skills.
Handle large data sets with Microsoft Excel and the Service-Now Platform.
Complete computer rebuilds and back up data within the Windows OS.
Adapt to new technology and learn new ways of doing old IT processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Detail-oriented and punctual individuals.
Comfortable working with C-level leadership and above.
Flexibility to work a shift between 7am-7pm (8hrs days).
Ability to lift a max of 50 lbs at a time.
