Job Description
David Weekley Homes is seeking highly motivated, experienced Sales professionals to join our Minneapolis-St. Paul Team. We're looking for team members that realize the importance of this role and how it impacts not only the company but the experience that our customers have in their home buying experience.
This position offers a base salary plus commission, comprehensive training, and a great team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Prospecting, marketing & promoting new business
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community
Working & communicating effectively with customers & team members
Understanding and communicating the loan process
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays
A Minnesota Real Estate License is required. If you do not have one, we will work with you to earn your license upon employment.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
Job Qualifications:
Proven closing and negotiating skills
Strong communication skills both verbal & written, with the ability to talk in pictures.
Great listening skills & creative problem-solving abilities
A proven background in prospecting
Proactive follow up with prospective customers
Marketing strategies
A high level of enthusiasm and energy
Acts with integrity
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize & multi-task
