MAGIS LLC Outside Sales Representative in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Elysian Construction is looking for eager sales professionals to join our growing team of outside sales representatives. We specialize in helping our customers get exceptional service for their roof repair & exterior construction needs. Our mission at Elysian is to serve a property owners needs with Exceptional workmanship Premium materials Professional integrity Exceptional Service Maximum value Our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for: Performing and documenting roof inspections through photographs. Reviewing and signing contracts with Homeowners. Data entry. Self-sourced lead generation. Attending Weekly meetings Taking Coaching from RPM and Inside Sales Project Managers. Ability and willingness to communicate effectively. Perform roof adjustments when assigned by the Legal Department. Completing other tasks as assigned to by the Internal Team. Ability to travel to other markets for months at a time (MN, CO, FL, IL, KY, MI, NE), being able to go back home for up to two weeks in-between travel. We provide our Outside Sales Representatives with: Weekly salary compensation starting at $750, with bonus based on sales and sizes of projects (Top performers making over $100,000 a year) Automobile Fuel & Maintenance Allowance Program of $200 per week Business Mobile Device Program which includes mobile phone and/or and a voice and data plan Supplemental Compensation Program for completion of miscellaneous activities per company policies Monthly Performance-based Bonus Program enabling incentives up to 90% of base salary Benefits including medical and dental insurance, life and limited disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, paid personal time, and other benefits options.
