Join the new Acute Care & Monitoring operational unit as a Sr. Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner within the Digital Health Home R&D team! As a Sr. Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of one or more products within our portfolio. You will collaborate with Business Stakeholders to translate business needs (including Voice of Customer and Voice of Patient) to technical user stories for R&D sprint teams to execute. You will be responsible for planning and executing shorter-term product release pipelines based on longer-term product roadmaps - including providing business stakeholders various levels of time & effort estimates, ongoing development updates, demos and solicitation of stakeholder feedback, budget tracking, and resource allocations. You will also be responsible to ensure your product teams follow all necessary standards and processes to meet our high level of product quality and usability.

A Day in the life:

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Coordinates with a cross-functional team to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies.

  • Represents one or more R&D products or development teams in cross-functional business stakeholder discussions and engagements.

  • Gathers business requirements, assists with requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of a project’s key stakeholders.

  • Translates business requests and requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Creates high-level execution estimates for various business requirements & requests to assist with long-term product roadmap creation.

  • Works with with R&D Project Managers, Scrum Masters and Technical Leads to create and commit to an execution/release pipeline.

  • Takes part in various Agile Ceremonies. Ensures project teams follow all defined R&D processes and expectations.

  • Oversees and manages the executional aspects of ongoing R&D projects and serves as liaison between Program Management and Project Management/Sprint Teams.

  • Tracks ongoing R&D project spend to ensure the team stays within budget.

  • Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares periodic status reports.

  • Identifies and solves for project delivery conflicts, issues and deviations.

  • Monitors projects from initiation through delivery.

  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience developing and supporting medical device hardware & software

  • Experience with Agile tools including JIRA and Confluence

  • Providing oversight to hardware

The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
