In the fast-paced and ever evolving world of payments, you could have a front row seat to ensuring wire requests are moving efficiently and timely while ensuring fraud and risk are mitigated all while protecting the bank and it-s customers. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate that focuses on communication, time management, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers accurately and efficiently.
Balance and reconcile transactions to ensure accuracy for successful posting of payment.
Verify the authenticity of wire transfer requests and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Communicate with customers to confirm wire transfer details and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Monitor and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity related to wire transfers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of wire transfer transactions.
Maintain accurate records of all wire transfer activities and documentation.
Qualifications:
Associate degree; three to five years of banking experience and/or training, preferably in bank operation, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications.
