Aerotek Machine Operator in MIRAMAR, Florida
Machine Operator
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking 12 dedicated Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for following Batch Record instructions, monitoring equipment operations, performing changeovers, and ensuring product quality through inspection and documentation. Key Responsibilities:
Follow Batch Record instructions specifying materials, components, labeling, and processing parameters.
Monitor the operation of equipment, processing parameters, and product quality.
Adjust equipment based on inspection, monitoring activities, and feedback from downstream manufacturing staff and On-Line QC.
Perform clearance of machine jams, troubleshoot minor production problems, and make minor adjustments to processing parameters.
Conduct product counts, initiate Line Clearance and/or Cleaning Procedures, and confirm satisfactory completion and recording of these procedures.
Disassemble, wash/rinse equipment, and reassemble during a full changeover.

Work Environment:
You will work in a climate-controlled GMP environment in the packaging area. The line consists of 7-14 people per packaging line/product production, including 1 mechanic, 1 setup mechanic, and 1 material handler.
Shifts:
Day Block A: Sunday - Thursday
Day Block B: Tuesday - Saturday
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Training will be conducted the first week from 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday to Friday, followed by a technical training on your designated shift.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $88000.00/yr.
