Insight Global Inside Sales Support Representative in Mississauga, Ontario

Job Description

Responsible for selling company systems, services, and products to end-user customers in assigned geographic territory, industry, or accounts. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities. The focus of this position is to maintain and grow the base business. Must have an ability to apply intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems/projects of moderately complex scope. Exercises judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and some project direction input. Requires limited day-to-day supervision and guidance on handling unique situations. Follows established guidelines; interprets policies; and evaluates unusual circumstances to make recommendations.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2-5 years in sales

  • Demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quotas

  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Detail-oriented and professional

  • Growth mindset (i.e., some who takes every opportunity to learn, grow, and get involved) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience with selling/account management within IT industry

  • Bilingual English & French

  • Tech-savvy (i.e., able to learn products quickly) null
