Hours: Monday through Thursday 6:00 am to 4:30 p.m.

• OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: Set up and operate turret press and brake to form cabinet components, ensuring all parts are correct dimensionally and of good quality, bend and cut metal.
• MAJOR DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Study/read engineering drawings and blueprints to determine material requirements and task sequences
• Select proper computer program to cut needed parts (Nesting Software)
• Operate jib crane and/or forklift to load and unload parts from the CNC machine
• Verify conformance of finished component using sized measuring and collect raw material counts accurately
• Fill out/data enter all paperwork or computerized documentation required (i.e. quality checklist, inventory, material counts, etc.)
• Maintain clean and organized workstation
• Bending/cutting/deburring metal
• Operates one or more production machines, if trained
• Duties involving operations under detailed instructions
• PRINCIPAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
• Reports directly to immediate supervisor
• Interacts with warehouse personnel and other department team members
• Interacts with other line personnel to keep up with the pace of the assembly line and incoming orders
• Work together as a team to meet project deadlines and orders
• Must display a positive attitude and have an exemplary work ethic
• Hard working, honest, and mild temperament
• Communicates verbally in a clear, concise manner
• Participates in meetings and safety training
• SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Follows all Safety Guidelines set forth by company, including wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Good Communication Skills including speaking with Engineers, Managers, and other department personnel
• Strong Computer Skills required, use of Nesting Software a plus
• Attention to detail and organization is required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and handle 80 lbs. occasionally, floor to waist
• Must maintain Excellent Attendance and punctuality with the ability to work overtime as needed and being dependable and responsible
• Ability to maintain records accurately
• Good housekeeping skills to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to handle quality requirements
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Must be able to work and perform job requirements without close supervision
• Must be able to prioritize and organize work load
• Must be able to effectively explain and answer questions related to the operation of the department
• Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and adhere to drug-free workplace policy

• Must successfully pass pre-work screen and meet physical requirements/demands of job including grip strength, hand coordination, rotational standing, balance, elevated work, repetition, and lifting.
• Position requires being on your feet and standing 95% of the time
• Must be flexible to work with other departments as needed to meet workload demands
• Use of hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Previous experience with Lean Enterprise/Manufacturing con epts is a plus
• Must have the ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
