Position Summary Owns purchase order processing from start to finish. Owns price discrepancy resolution regarding non-contract products and ensure correct price is loaded into ERP system. Obtains the right products, equipment and services at the right time for the right department at the right price and in the right quantity; sources and secures substitute product in the event of a product and/or market shortage; creates awareness and acts on product specific availability concerns; owns procurement related order resolution such as GHX interface, match exceptions and open order reporting and provides a high level of customer service. This is a hybrid position: In-Office Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Remote Workdays: Thursday and Friday Associate's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of three years purchasing experience preferably in health care. Business or hospital supply chain experience desirable. We carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Children's Minnesota.
