The Role:

Business Systems Analyst - Fixed Term Contract

The SPIELO brand represents a complete range of end-to-end gaming products for diverse gaming segments, including distributed government-sponsored markets, commercial casino markets, and Amusement With Prize (AWP) markets.

Qualifications

The Business Systems Analyst will be in our Lottery Cloud Operations team which is multi-faceted, with each function directed at improving the operational efficiency of the team. Manage Cloud Operations processes and documentation using business tools such as Jira and SharePoint.

Evaluate customer and regulatory requirements and provide insights to management and technology teams that allow for proper technology alignments. Define, implement and operate compliance controls to maintain ISO, SOX, and other audit requirements. Implement process to support Incident, Request, and Problem management and generate reports highlighting overall compliance to internal requirements and customer SLA’s.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in a similar role designing, documenting, and implementing operational process & efficiency in a technology organization

  • Experience managing business process and content with Jira and SharePoint Online.

  • Familiarity and experience operating in a Microsoft Azure environment

  • Previous experience collecting and analyzing customer and jurisdictional requirements

  • An approach focused on consistent and continuous improvement – always looking for new methods and new ideas to improve how we operate

  • Experience operationalizing Incident, Request & Problem management processes

  • Experience creating dashboard and reports (PowerBI) demonstrating aligning to customer requirements and SLA

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio

  • Exceptional written and verbal skills

  • An analytical, self-starter, independent, and motivated, ready to act when required

  • Good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity or Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies

  • Experience managing a GitHub Enterprise environment

  • Experience with AWS and / or GCP would be a benefit

  • Flexibility or experience working with international teams/time zones
