Drafts and review POA and board resolutions
Provide KYC’s information and needed documents.
Signatures coordination, translations, legalization, notarization and apostilles.
Coordinate payments with externals.
Indemnifications letters.
Corporate books update.
Licenses
Required Qualifications
Undergoing Bachelor Degree in Law, 5 semester and above
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in English
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Willing to go the extra mile to deliver thorough work products under tight deadlines.
Demonstrates proactive behavior and takes initiatives
