The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant management, including production, logistics and supply chain management, quality control, equipment maintenance, and staff management, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with our business goals. The Production Manager/Site Manager will report to the General Manager North America . Salary is $70,000 -- $80,000 per year.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations of the plant and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and other plant staff to achieve production targets and maintain high employee engagement.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and infrastructure to reduce downtime and optimize production capacity.
• Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices for inventory management, order fulfillment, and cost reduction.
• Foster a culture of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency throughout the plant premises.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers, government agencies, and clients, to ensure compliance and strengthen business relations.
• Anticipates bottlenecks, clarifies project priorities, identifies risks, and escalates issues that cannot be internally resolved.
• Clearly defines all workflows, communicates documented processes, and ensures all practices are being refined and tuned with learnings.
• Identifies the best tools and technologies to help manage workflow and optimizes their implementation and deployment.
• Contributes to long- and short-form integration proposals and topline concepts.
• Ensures internal department workflow and tracking documents up to date.
• Support the team on all integrations and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.

· Working knowledge of ERP software, PO system, supply chain, services and procurement.

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in a managerial role in manufacturing.

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a diverse team.
• Proficient in using manufacturing management software and systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain efficient operational processes.
• A strong commitment to safety standards and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Languages --Spanish is a plus.
