Local dental company is in search of a front desk/office coordinator to join their busy team! Must be flexible to work morning, afternoons, and occasional Saturday morning.

Temp-to-Hire position $17.00 /hour Part Time work available First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 07:00am to 01:30pm) Create, establish, and manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency Greet and serve all patients as they arrive, confirm appointment and insurance, reschedule appointments and schedule appointments. Oversee the processing of payments, insurance, and secondary insurance claims, plus prepare and send claims daily. Answer phone calls, emails, and take messages. Other duties and administrative protocols as required and tasked Front Desk Qualifications:
Experience, associate degree, or certification in administration, medical administration or a similar field preferred Must have experience working with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel. Must be comfortable multi-tasking in a very busy office setting Must be able to work morning, afternoons, and the occasional Saturday.
