West Virginia Employer Evening Front Desk/Shuttle Driver in Morgantown, West Virginia
The position is between 20 to 25 hours per week, working either 4pm to 8pm or 4pm to 10pm, Monday-Friday. Position does NOT require special licensing, but DOES require a valid driver's license. Front desk associates are the first impression that our guests have of the property. Courteous and personable phone skills, as well as, superb in-person customer service skills are a must. A few of the main duties of a front desk agent/shuttle driver are :Greeting guests Checking guests into the hotel. Entering correct reservation information and sending email confirmations. Collecting payment for rooms and market items. Recommending activities and restaurants. Sending and receiving credit card authorizations. Making guest keys while following hotel security protocols. Adhering to safe driving practices while shuttle guests to and from locations. Daily wipe down and vacuum of the shuttle van. Monitoring fuel levels and reporting to management when needing to fuel up.
