Description The West Virginia Clinical and Translational Science Institute (WVCTSI) at West Virginia University Research Corporation is currently accepting applications for a (Hybrid) Project ECHO Coordinator. About the Opportunity As a (Hybrid) Project ECHO Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of the West Virginia Clinical & Translational Science Institute (WVCTSI), the WVCTSI Project ECHO program, and the Community Engagement and Outreach Core (CEO) activities by managing various aspects, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective communication and engagement among participants and stakeholders. You will assist in implementing, organizing, and coordinating ECHO Projects. You will deliver program support and direct assistance to internal and external clients, addressing crucial distance communication needs essential for remote learning and working environments. Duties encompass planning, facilitation, relationship building/maintenance, dissemination, and training/technical assistance activities. In addition, you will lead activities associated with the CEO, Project ECHO, and WV Practice-Based Research Network (WVPBRN) social media accounts to improve project reach, recruitment, and dissemination. You will also provide website support for the CEO core by developing and implementing relevant content for the CEO core website. The work of this position will significantly impact client services, specific programs, and projects associated with the WVCTSI. What you'll do: Coordinate and facilitate Project ECHO sessions, ensuring seamless participant communication and engagement. Manage the onboarding process for new participants, including the completion of necessary agreements and documentation. Collect and organize data relevant to the Project ECHO program, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and funding entities. Provide technical assistance to participants during ECHO sessions, addressing any connectivity or technology-related issues. Cultivate and maintain relationships with participating organizations, hub members, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and engagement. Serve as a central point of contact for communication between ECHO sites and hub members, utilizing various channels such as email, telephone, social media, and video conferencing. Implement and interpret Project ECHO policies and procedures, ensuring adherence and consistency across all program activities. Assist in developing and delivering Superhub Partner Launch training sessions to enhance participants' understanding and engagement.
