Terex Corporation Manufacturing Engineer Technician I - Work Instruction in Moses Lake, Washington

Job Description: The Manufacturing Engineer Technician I - Work Instruction will create, update, and modify work instructions for production process positions and other positions throughout the Moses Lake Facility. These Work Instructions will give Team Members detailed information so that they may accurately and safely perform their necessary job functions or process steps. Responsibilities Continuously drives the creation and improvement of Work Instructions Reviews current Work Instruction documentation and revises and edits as necessary. Observes Team Members to ensure work instruction accuracy. Communicates with TMs, Leads, Supervisors, and Technical Staff to ensure accurate and current information is included in work instructions. Keeps Team Member safety in mind when creating and modifying work instructions. Qualifications: Sufficient interpersonal skills to allow efficient communication with Team Members, Team Leads, and Supervisors so that accurate and effective work instructions can be created. Critical thinking and analytical skills a plus Mechanical aptitude a plus Able to work independently Solid understanding of Products and their required process steps, including assembly, fabrication, Powder/paint, and other sub-assembly processes a plus. Excellent computer skills including the use of Word and Excel Excel Excellent written language and verbal communication skills Physical Requirements 10-hour shifts. Ability to lift 40 pounds throughout shift. Standing for long periods of time. Tripping hazards, bending, stooping. Salary: The salary range for this position is $24.62-$36.92 hourly.
