Job Description:

Under Working Supervision, this position reports to the Fluor Site Manager and will help oversee plant restart and operational readiness efforts at the REC Silicon (REC) facility in Moses Lake, WA. REC manufactures solar grade polysilicon and silane gases. This position assists the Site Manager in overseeing instrument technicians at the REC plant. This is a short-term assignment estimated to last four (4) months. Weekly per diem (meals, lodging) and home visit allowance is available for non-local candidates.

• Identify activities, status, and performance required to complete work orders

• Dispatch crew on-time and in assigned area of responsibility

• Coordinate craft personnel, materials, and equipment needed to meet schedules while adhering to budget restraints

• Prepare work orders, status reports, and communicate progress with client

• Develop working knowledge of Operations & Maintenance programs by applying Fluor’s standard O&M practices

• Assist Site Manager with confirming client’s operations personnel are ready for work to be conducted and all necessary equipment is available to complete work order

• Update work order status, retrieve drawings, procedures, and forms in client’s SAP information system

• Assist Site Manager with providing plant health, safety and environmental (HSE) support and assistance to Fluor and REC plant personnel. Interpret and explain regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance

• Inspect facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determine corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented

• Display and communicate relevant safety information and statistics to ensure employees are knowledgeable of HSE performance

• Other duties as assigned
