[All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform the work described in the job description and must be available for the entire period of employment specified in box 3 & 4, page 1. Workers are needed to plant, maintain, and harvest ginseng. Workers must be able to work efficiently and with attention to detail. Workers will perform farm vehicle and tractor maintenance and repair. Workers will take part in cleaning and organizing equipment barn and shop spaces. Workers must have previous commercial experience and ability to perform various tasks required in ginseng production including hand-thinning, hand-weeding, pruning, pruning clean-up, farm sanitation. Workers must also be able to help keep the overall farm and grounds clean and orderly. Workers will be operating tractors, string trimmers, chainsaws, and other farm equipment that is needed to maintain the ginseng crops and farm. Workers may operate trucks or other multi-purpose vehicles to transport workers from housing (whether on or off farm) to the farm properties; haul tools, supplies, or crops; transport workers from place to place around the farm properties during the workday (including on public roads to reach farmer\'s fields); and/or transport workers to the grocery store, bank, or laundry facilities on an as-needed basis. Those that are requested to drive will be required to possess a valid drivers license; no worker will be rejected for not having a driver\'s license. Workers will sort, wash, pack, and otherwise prepare various crops for storage and retail sale, as well as transport and deliver various crops from field to farm buildings. Workers will load and unload farm vehicles, setup and operate various types of irrigation equipment, and cut vegetation or brush from in and around fields, buildings, fence lines, and equipment. Workers must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. In the event of inclement weather, workers may be asked to help with cleaning inside farm buildings. Workers will be given 30 minutes for lunch and a 15-minute break in the morning and afternoon. Workers must be willing to work in varied weather conditions. Workers may require to work 7 hours shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00pm from Monday through Friday. Worker should be available to work on Saturday. Beginning and ending times each day and the number of hours per day will vary depending on weather and crop conditions. Workers must be able to take direction in simple English.]{teams="true"}
