ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Travels for field service and warranty issues to customer sites
- Assists Technician with projects when not traveling
- Works with customer personnel to gain approval of the equipment in the customer\'s plant
- Works with the customer personnel to complete operator and maintenance training in the customer\'s plant
- Completes testing or repairs of equipment with budgeted hours and timeline in mind
- Review manuals and spare parts lists with customers
- Ensure safety protocols are followed so there are zero lost time accidents
- Follows department standards and guidelines
- Contributes to meeting the annual Customer Services sales goal
- Directly accountable for managing self and leading others towards the advancement of our Vision, Mission and Values & Beliefs
