Microsoft Corporation Digital Win Room Operations Program Manager in Multiple Locations, United States

The Digital Win Room (DWR) is a critical platform for customer ideation, strategy, and acceleration.  This role will help execute DWR services and deliver value to run processes efficiently and effectively. The Digital Win Room Operations Program Manager supports global DWR services and processes to accelerate strategic deals and grow Microsoft’s business. In this role, you will collaborate with the team and stakeholders to provide critical organization, process, service, execution excellence and business insight across on sales opportunities for Microsoft. This role is in the United States and is work from home up to 100%.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate into DWR account planning and management rhythms.

  • Manage the overall DWR Platform Support process: prep, logistics (meeting set up, attendance, templates, etc.) content timing, collaboration tools, notes and follow-up, and insight cycles.

  • Partner with DWR Leadership team on deliverables, best practices, data hygiene, and tool scalability.

  • Guide team tracking, coordination, and communication end-to-end as it relates to assigned priorities.

  • Integrate and scale team to execute global DWR processes.

  • Partner on infrastructure to centralize content, data, and information.

  • Collaborate on accounts being elevated or escalated

  • Contribute to improvement on processes, tools, team collaboration, and communications.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

  • OR equivalent experience. 

Preferred Qualifications *    *

  • Ability and willingness to work globally, across multiple time zones.

  • Proven ability for planning, scheduling, and coordinating.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Data Analysis.

  • Experience working in global team(s).

  • Knowledge of MSX (Microsoft Sales Experience), MSXi (Microsoft Sales Experience Insights), PowerBI, PowerApps, Copilot, and other Microsoft internal tools.

Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.
