Job Title: CDL Driver
Job Description
We are seeking a CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be capable of working in extreme weather conditions, be willing to travel, and be able to perform long physical hours. CDL Drivers will support various teams in traffic control or roadway related crews such as guardrail and permanent sign installation, pavement parking, etc.
Responsibilities
Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Travel within Oklahoma to various job sites as needed.
Work long hours, including potential overtime, to complete projects.
Adhere to company standards and maintain a high level of safety under adverse weather conditions.
Utilize hand tools, concrete, power tools, and tape measures as part of daily tasks.
Essential Skills
Valid CDL Driver's License
At least 21 years old to drive company vehicles
Open availability and willingness to travel within Oklahoma
Ability to work safely in adverse environmental and weather conditions
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with hand tools, concrete, power tools, and tape measures
Commitment to maintaining company standards and safety protocols

Work Environment
The typical work schedule starts at 7:30 AM and continues until the job is done. While the set schedule is from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, the hours can extend from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or longer, depending on the workload. In Tulsa and Oklahoma City, work hours typically range from 40-60 hours per week.
