We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Responsibilities include managing construction site activities, ensuring compliance with construction safety and regulations, and leading project management tasks. The role involves strong organizational skills and attention to detail, experience in budgeting and cost management, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams. You will also be responsible for client relations, schedule management, quality assurance, and overall project oversight.
