work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

  • Coordinate and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and other documents required by the executive team.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.

  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the executive office.
