Actalent Manufacturing Process Technician in New Albany, Ohio

Job Title: Manufacturing Process TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to join our team in a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. This role requires flexibility as hours may extend up to 12-hour shifts until January 2025. Technicians will be responsible for following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), ensuring quality compliance, preparing components for manufacturing, feeding components into equipment, performing sanitation activities, documenting processes, using pallet jacks, manually wrapping pallets, and using computer systems for material inventory. Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive improvement opportunities is also a key part of this role.

Hard Skills

  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

  • Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) compliance

  • Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

  • Use of pallet jacks

  • Manual wrapping of pallets

  • Computer systems for material inventory

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Albany, Ohio.

Work Environment

The work environment features a brand new, state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility that is highly automated and maintains a very clean, sterile atmosphere. The dress code is casual.
