What You’ll Do:
ERP Support & Administration – Maintain and support our ERP system, troubleshoot issues, and assist users with system functionality.
Report Writing – Develop and generate reports to support business operations and decision-making.
IT Support – Provide basic IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Customer Service – Assist employees with IT-related inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
System Maintenance – Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, perform updates, and assist with system improvements.
Requirements
What You Bring:
Experience with ERP systems and IT end-user support.
Skills in report writing.
A solid foundation in IT support, including troubleshooting computers, printers, and basic network issues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills—you're approachable and solution-oriented.
