Supporting vast strategic goals and working integrally with a wide cross-functional group of both internal and external teams by leading technical product stewardship of our product portfolio. This role's key functions are implementing product line strategy, leading technical expertise, and leading initiatives with OEMs on product portfolio. What will you be doing?Implementing Product Line Strategy Discover new opportunities and market research by building relationships throughout. Develop core commercial, field service, OEM, and manufacturing team knowledge. Leading Technical Expertise Perpetuate technical expertise on product portfolio. Provide well-informing and actively engaged troubleshooting. Conduct onsite and remote product academies, seminars, and trainings.Leading Product Initiatives with OEMs (primarily automotive)Advance product knowledge and grow the end use of products. Design, develop, test, and implement new finishes for OEMs.Travel Function75% +/- overall travel requirement for the above. Occasional over weekend stays with extended or multi-city trips. Who are You?Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in chemistry, plating, or relevant field.Knowledge of the industry, our company, our customers, competitors, and our product line(s).NASF/AESF Certified Electro Finisher (CEF) or higher is a plus but not required.We understand that not all candidates may meet the requirements listed above.
