Job Description
Maintains the organization's core applications and IT infrastructure, which may include hardware, software, servers, storage solutions, networks, or physical facilities.
Job Responsibility
Configures, installs, maintains, and provides support for critical software and hardware components, as an SME specific to these technologies.
Monitors system availability and troubleshoots and resolves connectivity interruptions.
Measures and improves performance and scalability.
Helps develop disaster recovery or business continuity plans.
Handles moderately complex issues.
Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Experience with the Radiology Department workflow and computer systems.
Strong communicational, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and experience with working in teams to accomplish goals.
Ability to meet deadlines while delivering quality results.
Ability to maintain professionalism while working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment, by delivering excellent customer service to all physicians, healthcare workers, visitors, and patients.

The salary range for this position is $64,350-$98,500/year
