Essential Functions/ Responsibility Statements:
Candidate will work on CLO transactions to help the group achieve a successful distribution of transactions while minimizing the risk of underwriting to Santander.
Coordinate internally with Securitized Products sales, CLO structuring and trading, and Leveraged Loan sales and trading teams regarding CLO new issue transactions.
Help drive growth of the CLO franchise through generating new issue CLO mandates by connecting CLO mangers and debt and equity investors.
Help build external brand awareness of the Santander CLO franchise.
Partner closely with internal global teams across sales, banking, capital markets, and wealth management to help educate, develop, and advise clients on the CLO market.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or work experience.
Work Experience:
- 2-3+ years.
Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in CLO Structuring.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $175,000-$200,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
