Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks to fill the position of Associate, Reliability and Product Engineer in New York, NY.Provide technical support to commodities traders on their trading activities. Work withInfrastructure, vendor, development and external teams on technology issues. Work with operations onsetting up various quotes and its definitions, curves set up and amendments. Analyze and automate manual processes to reduce manual intervention. Identify and troubleshoot the processing issues. Coordinate and resolve production incidents and outages. Perform proper post-mortem of issues and problem management. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Software IT Analyst, Systems Engineer, or a related occupation.
