Work for a jewelry manufacturing company to interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about our services. Handle and resolve general complaints. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, claims or comments, as well as actions taken. Complete telephoned or emailed claims forms, prepare change of address records using computers. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Position Requirement: High School/GED required. No Experience Required.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
