Beacon Hill Staffing Group Executive Assistant in New York, New York
A boutique Investment Bank located in Downtown Manhattan is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support the CEO for 3 weeks. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience supporting a c-suite executive and can hit the ground running. Responsibilities include booking travel, heavy calendar management, scheduling and rescheduling meetings, and managing expenses. Hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday in office.
Responsibilities:
- Submitting and managing expense reports through Concur
- Heavy calendar management for the CEO
- Booking both domestic and international travel using AMEX travel
- Scheduling and rescheduling meetings based on the CEO's schedule
- 4+ years of experience supporting a c-suite executive
- Proficient in Outlook and Concur
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Rate: Up to 40/hr
